we booked Melbourne Chauffer's for a return airport transfer for a recent trip to NZ. Great service, clean cars and safe driving. Only negative was that this occurred just as fuel prices were really spiking and price increase was not revealed until end of trip when it came time to pay. This should have been communicated better IMO.

I highly recommend this service. I used them to pick up overseas travelers from the airport. Driver Faseeh was very professional and waited patiently when it took 2+ hours to clear customs. Only thing I would like improvement on is the communication in booking confirmation and providing invoices when we requested them. Everything was very well planned with the car arriving 15 minutes before the scheduled booking time. Booked a driver to pick us up at 3:30 AM to head to Melbourne Airport. Driver messaged at 10:30 PM the night before to confirm pick up. Come 3:30 AM, no driver arrived. Attempted to contact the driver who did not answer his phone. Contacted the company who stated he was unsure. Owner attempted to contact the driver and also couldn’t get through to him. Owner then informed us to “just book an Uber”.
Very unreliable, do not book with this company.

When my parents flight was delayed significantly and they had no way to get to their home an hour from the airport at 2am… a quick google search led me to Kenny. And boy am I glad it did! Within minutes Kenny had a driver organised to collect my parents and take them home in comfort. He provided contact number for the driver and tracked their flight to ensure there was no delay in getting them home. He answered all my questions and within minutes over calls and text messages we were sorted. The driver was so lovely and my parents were extremely comfortable in the car. Andre was amazing, he arrived at our pick up location super early, he was very polite, and he fit in all of our luggage. When he dropped us off at the port for our cruise, he basically dropped us off right on the doorstep of the ship. My family couldn’t stop talking about how great he was and how close he had dropped us off with no fuss.

Highly recommend Melbourne Chauffeurs Services. They helped to ferry several colleagues on different schedules with a wide range of vehicle sizes for our conference visit to Melbourne. Thank you to Kenny and his team for chauffeuring my wedding day! The cars arrived right on time (exactly as we agreed), and the drivers were very professional.
The cars were sleek, clean and comfortable. We had two big bridal parties (16 people to transport across 4 different locations) to organise, and we found the service was impeccable and we had zero issues at all.
I also found this to be the most affordable of all the services we enquired/looked into, where most would charge 2-3x just because of the word "wedding".
We would definitely recommend Melbourne Chauffeurs Services to anyone looking for easy, reliable and affordable transport for their wedding day, or any other function!
